Your dream trip is officially booked, and now it's time to get everything in place for your journey! 

I’ve set you up with an app called Trip Plans—it’s super handy! With this app, your itinerary will be at your fingertips anytime you need it. You can view everything in one place, and if you’ve got flights, the app will even update your flight info automatically. How great is that?

If all the travel vouchers haven’t come through yet, don’t worry! I’ll continue adding them to the app and will also email you a copy for reference once everything is in. Just keep in mind, tech isn’t always perfect, so it’s always good to double-check the official documents, apps, and updates (like flight times, addresses, etc.) if anything looks different.

Here’s how to get started with Trip Plans on your phone:

1. Open your trip directly on your mobile device. (If you’re on a computer right now, no worries! Just open the trip, click "App" at the top right, and send yourself a magic link to your email so you can open it on your phone.)
2. Once you’ve opened the trip on your phone, you’ll see a pop-up asking if you want to view it in the mobile app—just follow the steps from there!
3. After downloading the Trip Plans app, your trip will automatically sync.
