1. Schedule a Complimentary 30-Minute Vacation Vision Meeting:

• Write down all your ideas and questions go over.
• You will receive a list of items we will discuss ahead of time.

2. Vacation Vision Meeting:

         a. Discuss potential destinations.

         b. Talk about ideal dates.

         c. Review flight classes, vacation types (all-inclusive, cruise, rail, etc.).

3. Receive Proposals:

• You will receive an email with up to 3 proposals based on our meeting, which will include:

         a. Cruise and/or land pricing and availability.

         b. Flights with the class of service you prefer (coach, premium economy, business/first).

         c. Car rental, airport/train transfers, and tour options as discussed.

4. Approval Process:

• You approve one of the proposals, or we discuss additional options. A trip planning fee may apply based on the trip's complexity.

5. Terms & Conditions:

• Once we finalize your vacation details, you will be sent VBT’s Terms & Conditions for you to review and acknowledge. These contain important information, so please read them thoroughly before proceeding.

6. Invoice and Documentation:

• After the Terms & Conditions are acknowledged and the proposal is approved, you will receive an invoice via email for credit card authorization. At this stage, your vacation will be placed on hold.
• You will need to verify that the names and dates of birth match your government-issued travel documents (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, or Birth Certificate).

7. Payment Confirmation:

• Vacations by Traci LLC will process the payment with the vendor and send you a receipt and updated booking confirmation showing the payment has been applied.

• You can log into the invoice at any time and make additional payments in any amount you like, as long as the balance is paid by the final payment due date on the invoice.

• Vacations by Traci LLC will send a final payment reminder via email one week before the payment due date, along with the most current invoice balance.

8. Final Documents:

• After the final payment is made, the vendor will issue final documents (each vendor is different), and Vacations by Traci LLC will ensure you receive them.

9. Pre-Trip Meeting :

• Schedule another 30-minute meeting to review your trip details and answer any last-minute questions, so you feel confident and fully prepared for your adventure.
